Done Got banned :(

when i join the server it says:
Kicked whilst connecting to tekkitlegends_MC17_N2: You have been banned from this server for greif/theft It expires in 1 week 6 days 18 hours 7 minutes 4 seconds.

I think this happend because my friend stood on a rock crusher and died. Because i don't remember stealing stuff from someone or destroying his base or scamming someon. I did take some blocks of completely destroyed bases but i dont think anyone has a problem with that.

So could someon from staff tell me the reason i got banned or unban me if this was a mistake.
