Implemented Lost Rank

I no longer have my Tier 2 donator rank.
Lost it after the server issues.

 

As the BIG YELLOW message says, not every thing is operational. ex. donor ranks

reasons

 

network got DDoS'd for a half of a day, and their prob still trying to DDoS the network atm, the servers are just on safety mode

 

Ah.. well that would do it.
