Done Lucky Blocks

Is it possible to make it a rule that you have to open lucky blocks/chance cubes in the farm world because it is rather an ugly site to see in the overworld where people have opened them and just left all the stuff they didn't want

it is not, seeing large areas of destroyed land and towers of sheep wool, was atrocious but the wells were nice

 

Are they going to reset some of the land that's been destroyed by the lucky blocks?

It's just there's so much damage as of last night that I saw. That's all.
