Not sure which negative potion effects this is affecting; however, I hit with a withering effect (wither book from grimoire) last night that was suppose to last 4 seconds, instead it lasted for 40. This also replicated itself with a wither cow that also affected me for 40 seconds. Perhaps a config got changed or something. Not sure, but in single player this does not happen.
