Done Not launching

I tried with normal FTB launcher and it gets stuck at the same place. i didnt get a crash log tho. but this is the log i got when i tried with Multimc

im hoping this helps, i have 3gb allocated. and i just cleared 100gb off my drive. So my laptop "should be faster"

Most likely. Curse recommends 4gb ram for most new 1.10 packs, and loading with 3gb or under usually ends with an OOM error. Doesn't really give a reason why MultiMC isn't working with the pack. I'd suggest you try the MyM or curse launchers to see if you get the same issue.

Maybe, But it is Extremely common for people to have issues if they do not allocate at least 4gb of ram to 1.10 packs so it is definitely worth a shot if you have enough ram to spare

 

im taking apart old laptop that keyboard doesnt work anymore. im just going to slap that ram into this current laptop. lets hope it doesnt catch fire

 

Just make sure the speed and type are the same you'll be fine

I wouldn't suggest taking out RAM and replacing it in a laptop because there is a higher chance of the RAM frying and breaking forever xD

too late. took a while to do it ,i got bluescreen of death many times, had to changes up the ram in different slots. Then it wasnt fully usable. But now it is . Might try to change the cpu too. The other laptop has a 2.10ghz 2 core something. which i think is better than my current. But ill probably break something if i try

 

Now just don't encourage component creep aka hard rebooting your pc and sending electrical signals off and on again multiple times

 

I currenlty tested with FTB launcher with 4gb ram. I got on server. got an average 20-50fps while just looking in the same direction and walking a bit. But as i started running , Huge fps lag spikes that went from like 20 to 0 every 5-10 seconds. And its a bit unplayable with those lag spikes currently. I just launched in multiMc with 5gb ram allocated. No java arguments. i Added betterfps and already had optifine in ftb Version. Is there anything like Java arguments i can put to something reduce lag. Or client side mods that can cause lag. i Only need NEI and the thing that shows item name your looking at. Any mods that is not needed to join the server. I know this is due to my 2core processor 1.65ghz. But if i can get those lag spikes to stop when i move around and load chunks at stable 8-15fps is playable for me.
