Implemented Primordeal Pearl

So I finally got a primordeal pearl, but when I got it, the thaumcraft research didn't unlock. I used the pearl though.

Also, in one of the outer lands dungeons, the runed tablet didn't spawn, so there is a perfectly good boss waiting to be killed.

 

Yea you need to scan the pearl to unlock the research
