Done Rank transfer

Hello, I am requesting that my rank be transferred from my old account to my new one. I can no longer access account buzzSolo so i cant login to make a ticket, is it still possible to transfer donation ranks to my new account?

 

Just to confirm, can you please write the name of the new account which you wish to transfer the rank to?
