Implemented Ranks bug

Hi. When I joined the server few minutes ago I tried to do /fly to finish my house but I can't. Then I saw I have lower rank by 1 and my friend Zebrocski has no rank. Plz fix this bug. Tell me if you need screenshots.

 

Did you not see the LARGE YELLOW MESSAGE?

 

1. We are aware of the current outage of the servers. There's nothing we can do but wait, until it's fixed. Thank you for your patience!
   Update Servers are online again, but be aware: we run in safe mode and are not fully operational. (Votes, cross chat...)
