Done Ticket System

I cant delete the tickets it says i have and i didnt even create 1 and i somehow have 4, so help please

 

To delete a ticket you must close a ticket.

 

Hey @MrBuddha19 have you ever used the command /ticket in game? Because that creates an empty ticket template whenever you do.
And to close a ticket you must first submit the ticket

 

Can do, Give me a second loading a server now anyway.

 

Delete ticket works fine for me

 

oh ok didnt know it did that i was just trying to look at the plugins information

Hi. i can't delete ticket, everytims i try to /delete it does nothing, and i keep getting more empty tickets. also i've tried ti submit themto delete them but i can only close them, theys still in my ticket list i don't how to remove them.
/check doesn't work, it say "unknow command"
but if i try "/ticket check" it's creating a other one.
