So I see that the recipe is still in NEI, and I can put one together, but can't take it out of the crafting grid. I imagine it's disabled somehow or banned maybe? I woner if it relies on the /tp command to function.
We decided to disable it a long time ago in order to fix an exploit with the nether. Isn't the book on the /banneditems list?
