Hey, as I don't have the time to play I don't know how well the InvSync is working currently. I made a few changes a few weeks back, but haven't gotten any feedback yet. Please write down your experience with it from the last week.
yhea i heard about it from him i wouldn't know how it works but i know of some "inventory duping" things with the power armor that literaly dupes the PA and it doesn't have too much to do with the moving servers
his is more but PA i know isn't invsync but he was telling me about the glitch and was about to tell me when i told him to stop and tell the admins directly instead
This has happened for about a week now and I have noticed than when the North Server Crashes or sometimes when I go to another server say East, when I join back on the North Server the items I had originally had put in my chests are back in my inventory yet the items that I put in to my inventory are still in my chests, if that makes any sense. The items so far have been a mixture of Vanilla, Tinkers Construct, Thermal Expansion, GeoStrata, and Rotary Craft items. Even when I restart my client to see if it was just some type of server/client lag the items still do not get taken out of my inventory like its lag.
I had one problem with items duping today. I killed my self sacrificing too much of my life for blood magic and when I was respawning it was taking a while so I use the /spawn command. When I got to the spawn server I had all the items in my inventory and when I went back into the East server my items were laying on the ground. So I had the items in my inventory but they were also on the ground.
A few people have had issues going from a server to the lobby and items that they'd just recently put in their inventory would disappear. I know this is an old issue but it seems like its still there, just much rarer. Edit: Just happened to myself again
Backpacks seem to have serious sync issues, usually takes a relog direct to ip to get them to show back up
