First we would need to know the theme aka Skyblock or Regrowth style Then we would need to know the mods and then finally understand where you would want to take it as a pack
The world is neither sky block or regrowth style but is just a normal world. As for where I am going, it's just a normal right pack more focused on the players / community with some quests thrown in.

As a suggestion, dont put Archimides ships That mod is one bugged mod. If you dont set up the ship correctly you can tear up a layer of the world. On top of that, there's the usual glitching and suffocating into a wall for no reason.
@terrorfreeze what do you need help with? Do you not know how to set up quests? And what do you need done with custom npcs? @Ernuke who are you talking to, me or terrorfreeze?

I have noticed that those that have voted against it have not actually been playing on the pack/server. If we are going to create the pack then we are going to need some more ideas. Those of you that have the curse launcher please create a new instance and test those mods together to check for bugs and compat issues. Meanwhile I will be going through the permissions needed for the mods. One thing I would like to clarify is that this pack will NOT be centered around HQM, it is merely in the pack for those that enjoy questing and getting rewards aswell as a way for players new to some mods to have a "tutorial" on how to do some of the "stuff and things". Another thing is that alot of the OP items will have the recipes disabled, and the only way to get them is through quests such as the recipe for the Extra Utilities wings. The quest to get them would be something like having to defeat the wither ten times. Those items/blocks that have their recipes disabled wont always be out of the game but will simply be gotten through quests,now some others WILL be completely gone. I'd be happy to come up with a quick instance on the curse pack. I've been working on my own vanilla+ style pack, calling it vanilla evolved. Hoping to keep it a very light pack, while still giving more options for creativity and minor automation. I'll post a link to the instance here when i've got more work done. I'll probably use Enchirodon for quick tutorial style reading, and will expand it to hqm style when i have a more solid mod list.
No the tutorial will be how the pack works and then some other little side tutorials for those abstract mods that can be confusing.
In a sense yes but that isn't the main reason,the main reason for it is the quests and the "crafting mechanic" for the pack. Also we still need a name.
