also, I tried the FTB loader ... seems it wont update to *.*.8

Have you tried to forceupdate/hardforceupdate your pack on the MyM launcher?

I've actually tried both of your methods.. I just reinstalled Java and about to do the whole run around.

 

May also want to try deleting the entire folder for the pack and reinstalling it in full.

click options then java then deleat everything in the JVM path

 

Working great! went with a full reinstall of Java 64, Deleted the mod pack, Restarted PC, and reinstalled the mod.[DOUBLEPOST=1455131554][/DOUBLEPOST]Thank you guys, very helpful
