Done Claim blocks gone, raided and base stolen by claim

Hello guys,

I have been offline for a while (2 months I think) and now my claims are unclaimed, but my base still exists. But what happened now, is that some of my items are stolen, and some blocks are griefed. Also, a guy named nicosuper24, has claimed a part of my base. Please help me with this, I am very sad at the moment because some expensive items have been stolen.

I am nearly every day online between 16:00 and 21:00 GMT+1 (Amsterdam, Brussel/Bruxelles, Paris)

 

There is the thing. Your claim will be removed after 2 weeks offline.

 

Okay, but do you know if there is any chance I can get my items back?

 

I recommend making ticket about this to punish those griefers and make game better for everyone.

No, there isn't any chance of getting it back from staff. You can only ask players to give it back.

 

Im surprised your based hasnt gone as itshould because the chunks reset

Due to your inactivity, the claim was removed. Although this is 1.6.4 and claim isn't 'destroyed' anyone of whom griefed the base is illegible for penalty. You were offline for an extensive period of time in which conducting an investigation of the case exponentially more difficult.
If you would like, I can personally conduct an investigation in which we may be able to locate the grief/theft.
Note- If the grief/theft is older than 13 days, no evidence would be found.
