Done Slime Saplings, Ruby Blocks, The Last Millenium and Advanced Build Guides

First of all, the server I play on is Infinity Node 4, so I don't really know which one to choose. Sorry.

I had some questions about these four aforementioned items, I hope you'll be able to answer them.
1) There are no Slime Islands, neither in Overworld, nor in Farmworld. Now, I have no idea why would they be removed from world generation's schedule, but now the server lacks Slime Saplings, which are quite important for TiC bows. They're also a nice source of slime. Can they (Islands) be added back at least to the Farmworld? If not, can a recipe for Slime Saplings be added? No matter how expensive.
2) There are two different Ruby Blocks, both require 9 rubies. One block is from Biomes'O'Plenty. It's called Ruby Block and it sucks, because it cannot be cut into plates/corners and cannot be made into fence. The other block is from ProjectRed Exploration and is called Block of Ruby. It's pretty good, because stuff above can be done with it. Both require 9 rubies, any of them, BOP or PRCore. But no matter what I try, I can only craft Ruby Blocks! The recipe is the same, so that's the problem, I suppose. Is there any way to craft Blocks of Ruby from PRExploration? Forge Lexicon doesn't work.
3) Will TLM be reset at the start of a month? If no - I'm happy. If yes - why?
4) Advanced Build Guides (ABG for short) are supposed to place blocks when you click with a full stack on them. However, it seems this feature doesn't work, not matter what I try, and I tried everything, from getting my inventory filled with these blocks to using a weird pipe system. Can it be fixed?

2. Try chisel
3. No its a build world
4. I think it was disabled.

1) Not to my knowledge. The world is in normal mode.

4) I'm not sure. I asked an admin to test it, if it works. He said that it's *supposed to*, but for some reason it doesn't.

Didn't help. It requires at least one Block of Ruby to get others. Since I can't craft even one... well, you get the idea.

 

when i get on I see what ruby block I got and you can use that im on same server on node 4 normal

Doesn't help either. It doesn't even list the Block of Ruby.

I'm pretty sure you'll get BOP's Ruby Block, but sure, go and try.

 

I'm fairly certain it does... oredictionary wouldn't be lying to me now, now would it?

Well, that, of course, sucks.
How can someone add saplings to the market if there are no saplings on the whole server? Doesn't one have to get the saplings first before adding it to the market?

Block of ruby cannot be changed using forge lexicon, try changing the gems instead, then transforming them into fences or whatever you like to do.

The building guide feature you are saying is supposed to work only in creative mode
