Creating a Upload a File button on Ticket System

    The last few times i have tried to submit a ticket about unwanted behavior on one of the servers I had great difficulty trying to upload Photos. Trying to use the one website to give links only gave me problems and headaches. Please consider this because mods can't take much action without the proof needed to take action and I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issue.

    Trying to make the server a better place for all should not be stressful
