Those rendering issues are showing up from time to time. Most mods had them at some time. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do besides wait for an update that hopefully does fix it.
The ones i only found are with bees and ender pouches. I'm not 100% about the golden bag of holding, but i think that also causes the bug.
I also found 2 other bugs in Bee happy: 1. CC crashes the server and 2. instead of getting a chunk loader in "Finsh the basics of bees" you get an "Invalid item" from HQM
Before the last update you got the Chunk loader, which was replaced by a MyM Iron Loader when you placed it down. Which turned into a normal iron block when you picked it up.
