Witchery Vampirism Level 4

Hello, The mod Witchery allows for levelling up and I am currently attempting to achieve level 4. As far as I know, the way to get level four is by surviving 4 nights as a level 3 vampire, despite having already done this, I am not levelling up. I am not sure if this bug is common but it can be fixed with an Admin's intervention and use of an item called a "Creative Bat/Wolf Token". I would very much appreciate this problem being solved.

do you have the vampire book? also: try sleeping in a coffin, i did both and have gotten level 10 vampire on every server i've played that has it

 

As chugga said, to get to lvl 4 you are required to have the book, as well as torn pages.

Is it possible to get Torn Pages with the Loonium flower from botania?

On FTB Infinity Evolved: Node 1. Although I have the Observations of an immortal book, torn pages do not seem to drop, am I missing something?

 

i had this problem once on regrowth and getting the book didn't fix it.
still never was fixed... but i dont play regrowth anymore anyway.

 

Kill villagers as a vampire. They have about a 5% chance to drop them...Chugga feel free to correct me on this.
