Done Login Issue: Proxy Connection Error

I'm having an issue reconnecting to the server after I tried to /home to a different dimension and was kicked with the error "[Proxy] Lost connection to server."
I think to solve the issue my payer position needs to be reset to spawn perhaps. Other options include a very short jail time to move my player.

I'm still getting the same error. I'm not sure what else to try. Thank you for the help though

 

I don't think so but I can't say for sure. I did /home to a point in the farming world and then I had the standard "Loading dimension" then a flash of my player's view followed by the proxy error
