Might I suggest that the next time the farm world, nether, etc. are reset we change which seeds are used? Right now it would be quite easy to make waypoints for those worlds where players can simply go to specific spots each time and exploit their knowledge of the previous reset. I have always felt minecraft was wonderful for the exploration aspect as well as the building aspect.
Ah, my mistake. Perhaps it was. I was not around before the worlds were reset. I was told that the resets always use the same seed. I should have done more research before making my post. I apologize.
Last I read on the forums it was on a as-need basis. I would argue that we will need it rather soon since certain resources (silverwood) are almost impossible to find now.
FTB just launched the 2.1.1 build. I would suggest we pre-generate the farmworlds with this version and reset with the update which happens as soon as they get pushed to recommended or a secret project will be launched.
Ah, another suggestion I meant to add to the original post was adding Rogue-like Dungeons to the farm world. The mod truly is awesome but when all the dungeons in the overworld have been looted and destroyed there's not much to experience. Is adding them to the farm world a possibility? I know there is a config setting to add them to other dimensions.
That would be cool!! Roguelike dungs are the best, but the ones in the overworld are soooo much destroyed. Another thing I'd like to add is... More dungs! They're funny to explore :3
