That method is meant to throttle the frame rate. It looks like that method is trying to measure the duration of one Thread.sleep method to improve accuracy. I'm not sure what goes wrong though.
You got any idea how to fix this problem yet? Because I tried to run the ftb launcher and download direwolf and infinity but it says "an error occurred while downloading assets"
Something prevents the downloading of the mod. You could manually add the mod to your game if you can't figure out what's blocking it.
