So there goes a second terra shatterer. This one half way to rank S. It didnt despawn on a mana pool like the last. I can accept the last one going because of reset but this one I refused to accept. This was in my inventory. I had a lag spike. I logged out then in again and when i came back no more terra shatterer or truncator. I understand you have a no refund policy which again i accept on the one that despawned in a mana pool but to have an item glitch out of my inventory you MUST have logs of this. Things dont just leave an inventory. Its suspicious that it was just my terrasteal tools that are gone so I'm gonna say there is an issue with them. I would like this looked at by somebody and not be just brushed aside as this is making me debate if i should bother putting more time into MYM servers if my work is for nothing.
yup ik where your comming from this has happend twice to me at s nearly ss never did work out the cause but guessed i dropped it by accident u could of done that when u logged out or logged in but idk sorry for you loss
