Implemented Spawn of Deep Dark problem.

You get hurt at a very fast pace and will soon die if you are not within close range of a light source in the deep dark, but the only light at spawn is around the bedrock platform.
This means if you can't fly or be faster than normal, you are pretty much dead since you can't place torches inside spawn so ironically it's easily the most dangerous place in the dimension.
What I'm asking is for an admin to sometime soon place light sources all throughout the spawn area so people entering it will not be screwed over within 15 seconds.

I've lit up a path in the 4 cardinal directions leading to the edge of spawn protection.
