im working to build a town with my friends now. after we built some road, structures. we've starts dividing some area for personal home. than we faced with some trouble about the system. first. i dont know how to make a divided area for personal only. because of the trust in town, all of people in town can work in each others places. and second. if i untrust all of town people except there own area, they cant use some items like lava bucket or chisel. can anyone tell me the solutions about this situation?
