Done Problems with tier 1 please help

    Hello I'm new to the server. I have purchased the tier 1 I've got everything except the teleportation timeout. When I try to use my home teleporter I have to wait five seconds one of the main reasons why got tier 1 so i do not have to wait.

    Cooldown is not the same as delay(warmup).

    When I type /home home i have to wait five seconds is that a cooldown or a delay?

    Cooldown prevents you from spamming the command.
    Delay prevents you from instant teleports.

    The perk is cooldown not warmup (delay).

    Imagine a machine that needs to warm up its oil before it can be used. This is like the teleport delay, no instant use. Once the machine has produced the product it needs fresh oil, but the oil can't be replaced as long as it is hot, therefor it needs to cool down. This is the time between multiple teleports.
