After hours of playing and walking above ground or underground, I didn't see any pixons. Can the pixon spawn rate be increased or something done about that? Without pixons it is impossible to progress in infusion skill.
I have seen like 5 pixons. If we are both on and I find one you can TPA to me or something if you'd like.
Can someone from staff take a look at this problem? I don't think this low spawn rate is intended. I think that plugins for mob regulation are messing with pixons because pixons are rare and when there can't be "normal" amount of mobs for one player on the server, the common ones get spawned and block place for rare.
Usually when a lot of players are on a server it hits a mob cap, to prevent server stress from handling many entities, so the pixons don't spawn that often. My advice is play when not many people are on or just wait If you need the power stones I can sell them to you
No, I don't need power stones. I need to level up infusion skill which is impossible to do without pixons.
I have found several glistening pixons now on the server. 6 yesterday, and 3 barely 20 minutes ago from now. I've noted that the things they have in common when I find them: I find them during nighttime I find them in plains/forest biomes Have you guys been looking for them when and where these requirements fit in?
I tried being in pine forest, none did spawn for me. On SP, I tried foresthills biome, only one spawned there after 30 minutes with day/night cycle (on normal).[DOUBLEPOST=1462999194,1462987925][/DOUBLEPOST]Tested foresthills (vanilla biome) biome on server too, none of pixons did spawn even at night (I even tried dark chamber). I stayed there for more than 30 minutes.
you can try and get a gardencia realmstones, since pixons appear there and really often, sometimes in groups of 3-4, thats what i did
