Done My Rank not working

I do not know if I'm right but i be leave my rank in game is not changing. I seen the MSG that i got promoted and I'm still lost soul. Please let me know.

 

you can use ingame:

/shop
-> click the name tag ( * Rank titles *)
-> click on the rank you want you already have achieved and it stands in front of your name after that.
