Can't believe it happened again and for the same reason (Block not rendering properly). All I can say is moving while trying to use an elevator is not advised when the two elevators are quite close together. Sorry for pestering but could a @Moderator send me to the spawn again, please. P.s. Once back in-game, I will report back what the actual block is.
