1. what do you mean with lag? fps issues or blocklag?
2. you can try to get [1.7.2] World Downloader Mod - Minecraft Forum or similar running on your client and download your island yourself

 

1.fps is low
2.World Downloader do not work whith forge

 

fps low means. backstuffed items in ur itemDucts/ or simple to much block updates. (too many machines / autocrafting and the list goes on)
try finding the source by removing every itemDuct. especially the ones with lots of cobble in them.
we cant really help you with that. opis cant say what it is.

 

Yea, feeding lots of cobble via item duct can cause fps lag as items get back stuffed often

where to get blue orchid ???

 

If you bone meal grass you have a chance at getting blue orchid's, I think you can occasionally find some in the "Moo Moo Farm" dimension also.

I was unable to get one until I changed the biome to Swamp. That may just be my luck but...
