I don't know if it's my internet or the connectivity of the server to the east coast, but lately my connection to the server has been god-awful. I get booted out every 10-20 minutes, i laaaaaag behind everybody else very often, and I reset my internet; nothing came out of it. I know its not the tps of the server, cause that'll be like 15 and ill still be getting kicked off. Is there anyway to fix this, or will there be a fix if there isn't?

Its noticably bad when there're a lot of players, and it's random; i can be good for 10 minutes, or log back in and get stuck and kicked out.

From judging the details of your problem, I'm almost certain that this is fps lag. And from it only happening when there are a large amount of players online, this may be caused by the large amount of special blocks being rendered. There are a few ways to stop this.
-I recently noticed that anything from ex nihilo that has to render a model (such as the sieve, barrel and crucible) cause a large amount of fps lag.
-To stop this, move all sieves/crucibles/oak barrels etc. out of your render distance, then put a spotloader there to make sure that they are still doing work for you.

-Install optifine. Yes - you may have heard it multiple times before, but optifine provides a huge positive impact on your Fps count, and also comes with more adjustible settings. Lets say you wanted to have high fps, but no blocks being glitchy due to no smooth lighting -> 1% smooth lighting works like a charm in these situations.

Please reply back if this helps you or not.

I did install optifine before, but it was very laggy and made my game worse somehow, so idk about optifine. And i didnt know spot loaders were allowed.
Ill try something out, thanks for replying.

Optifine just allows you to make minecraft's settings higher and lower than normal, so try to remove all things such as smooth lighting, render distance (short or below), and as mentioned before try relocating barrels/sieves etc out of your render distance, for example, way up in the sky.

I installed optifine, and it made me lag worse than ever! My game literally froze up whenever i moved 5 feet, even when i removed the barrels. No thank you on that.[DOUBLEPOST=1404139738,1404134555][/DOUBLEPOST]My island is seriously crapping out; it kicks me out of the game completely for no reason, or to the lobby for "internal error", and things are disappearing or changing or breaking...Its like im haunted or something

Double check that you have removed all TE pipes.

What? How else am i gonna automate things without conduits and fluid/itemducts?
And i didn't hear TE pipes were a problem.

Backstuffed pipes can cause massive amounts of lag.

If you use see through pipes the problem is almost non-existent. However you should just use ME export/Import busses and even sub ME networks

So the leadstone regular TE pipes are bad; i gotta use ME or hardened pipes? What about conduits, they're not see through

Well, you need to make sure conduits that you are using can handle the amount of RF/t you are producing/sending through them. Lets say you had 3 magmatic dynamos running at full speed - 120RF/t and leadstone energy conduits, then only 80rf/t would be outputted, and then the server would lag a small amount since the dynamos are sending packets which the conduits can't receive. With itemducts, make sure all excess items have a place to go, for example if you had a machine automating the production of lava, then the tubes should lead to a trash can, the last tube to the trash can being 'dense' (hit it with a crescent hammer, the middle bit of the block (not the connections) so that it is the last place that any items should go. To make it even better, you should hook up the igneous extruder to a barrel to hold more cobblestone just incase. A few examples to explain.
