Done How to get lvl 8 vampire on skyfactory 2

I am really confused on how to do this since no villages spawn in sky factory 2 and going to the dream world is out of the question for now.All feed back would be appreciated

Cant you make a "fake village"?

 

It says a village generated by witchery on the wiki, but i could try it.

 

Go to all four corners of your sky island and place about 50 doors in a room then spawn about 7-10 villagers in the room. Magik. If it doesn't work then make a village at your island and villages at the islands of 2/3 other friends.

Well I just did it in dream world I flew around as a bat and went to villages and I leveled up
