First off, what even is wtp? I have no idea. Second, I can't join the BTP server, and when I try I get this error from the server: "You are not allowed to use wtp. If you think it should be allowed, please request it on our forums."

That mod was not in the global whitelist so the local one got overwritten when I added a new mod to the whitelist.
