Done [BEVO]Invertory deleted/bugged

Today (19.08.2016 around 20:40) i moved my complete via (space)+(click) in a golden chest however there was the digital miner in the inventory which cant be shift/space clicked and so it bugged out (i think?) and now all my stuff is dissapeared. I had all the magneticraft tools, the flux infused crusher, the space-time equalizer, a legendary omni tool with max attack damage and 3 wither skulls which i just bought. As armor i had the mekanism jetpack and free runners and osmium leggings/ hat.

 

Unfortunately MYM has a no refund policy, so this sounds like a mod bug to me

However we are not allowed to refund you anything of these items, due to our no-refund-policya, which you can read about here.
As Stud said, there is pretty much nothing we can do, as you lost these items with a wrong action by yourself.

it was not my fault. i haven't just thrown them away the just dissapeared due to server lag/problems/bugs

 

As you were told there's nothing they can do about it as its a mod bug

 

i have also read the no refund policy but my case doesnt fit into any of these cases it was due to server issues.
To clarify: We DO NOT refund items, especially for reasons like these:

• Deaths i havent died
  
• Accidental key presses: "Whoops, pressed 'Q' over lava/void" i placed them in a chest
  
• PvP kills PVP is not working and i havent used it
  
• ClearLag (It gives sufficient warnings) there was no clear lag in this time but 5 restarts in 1 hour
  
• Mod errors (BetterStorage, ME stuffing (ME Drive in a backpack), etc) it was a normal chest nothing else
  
• Grief/Thief (Protect your stuff!) it was protected

If you aks me it was a serverproblem with the world and the server which was really buggy and crashed.

 

The fact that the server crashed is probably because of some bug with one of the mods. With that we can go to point five i nthe no refund policy which are mod errors. The server doesn't crash because we want it to crash, the server crashes due to an issue with one of the mods and with that it falls under the no refund policy.

 

That's what it fits into

 

i think at least some staff member should try to reproduce the issue, as from what i know the protection script is made by mym. so it can probably be fixed to prevent this issue in future.
