Done crafting problem, cant place arcane bore in overworld

I am trying to create the boots of the horizontal shield on the arcane infusion altar and I am unable to place the item arcane bore, I get an error message that its banned and allowed in farm worlds type /ires ignore to ignore.
and that isnt allowing me to place this part on the altar either.

what do i need to do?

 

Use a hopper.
