Done Island wiped

I was playing and using my hand glider. When I touched the ground it killed me. (I've used it before with no problems). It didn't bother me that I died, it bothered me because it claimed I didn't have a sync available and it ended my game and reset my island. I have put many hours into this island and would love if it could be returned. Thank you for reading.

I have played this pack before on hardcore and am fine with a legitimate reset. But this was not a legitimate reset. I had a sync clone available. It should not have reset

 

Sorry about that, just wanted to post it before any other staff member would say it. This has happened to me before, and I myself hate when it happens, but that's why you gotta be super careful. Hope this turns out good for you
