If you used a golden shovel to place a claim zone in the Overworld, that claim zone has been reset. You have to replace all your Overworld claim zones with a golden shovel again. In the meantime, everyone's stuff is totally unprotected. How did this happen? Will there be a rollback to replace everyone's claims? Why isn't there a server-wide announcement for people replace their claims? What about people who are on vacation or don't log in every day? Are their plots at risk of being reset?

Jeez, closing in on 1 week and still no information about why this happened? And what's going to happen to all the players who got griefed/stolen from, considering the No Refund Policy?
So what exactly caused this to happen? Is it likely to happen again, or were steps taken to mitigate this in the future? Thank you.
We are still looking into it. As far as i can tell most likely it was caused by a save file corruption of the claim plugin. Its the first time that i see something like this happen and im here for a long time. So most likely you will never see something like that again. If i have more informations i will update you
Someone raided my base, taking two ME drives and all the storage disks holding my resources. I have opened a ticket, about this. I havent been on so much since the launch of the new legion wow as I was powering to 110. But I made sure to log in a couple times a week to keep my claim active and my stuff safe.....but i guess not. When should i be expecting a response to my raided ticket?
