Done Quest Zeta/Pre Charger doesn't detect properly

Topic. I made 4 of these pre chargers and it's not being detected by the quest. I'm thinking this is because everything that hits your inventory gets charged by some mysterious wireless charger, and that changes the pre chargers so they aren't detectable anymore.

 

Strange because they detected for me and there has been no update as of yet.
Have You made sure you made all 4 at the same time instead of singly making them
Also them charging shouldnt change there detection

 

I didn't make them all at the same time, and a proper detection quest shouldn't require you to.

 

I am aware of this, but just try the way i said and it may yield a result
According to @Cazador_Sniper ALL quests work and as of yet i havent run into an issue?

 

I don't have the supplies to make 4 new ones, which is why I posted this in the first place.

I managed to remake them, but others might still encounter this problem and not know what to do, which is why I posted about it here. Thanks for the suggestions though. SirStudMuffin was completely right though. If you make them all 4 at once it detects it fine.
