Done Permissions issue

I Donated for rank 2 permissions and it has been over an hour. I listed my username as my in-game name, but my login information for Mojang also has the whole @website.com thing and I am wondering if I bought the rank for an account that has long since migrated and won't work.

Is this on the 1.10 server? If so, could you please log in to any of our other servers (modpacks), like Direwolf, Regrowth, Infinity or something else. This will sync the permissions normally. If you are on there, then please be on the server for around 15 minutes.

After that join back on the server and see if it is working. Please inform us if that worked or not.

 

All of my perks worked on Direwolf, but Pixelmon still hasn't given them to me.

 

What perks aren't working?

 

I can't use colored text or set second/3rd homes. I also don't have the additional claimable blocks.

 

Addtional claim blocks is not in. An @Administrator would need to check the log why it isn't syncing.

 

Okay. Should I open a ticket or what?

 

You should make ticket IF admin doesn't reply.
