I'm suggesting just 2 mods that don't give anyone any advantage at all except in slight auto crafting. 1: Applied Energistics 2 : Core reason its nice to have all your stuff in one central storage hub and not in a bunch of chests. Other reason :This mod also brings in slight auto crafting which come on in pixelmon anything to help auto craft is awesome so we can spend as much time catching, leveling and battling as we can. 2: Tinkers construct : Core reason: This mod will help SO much with mining. I and i'm sure a lot of other people strip mine which takes a fair bit of time to do. So really to me this is not a bad choice of mod to add in. Other reason: Helps use mine a lot faster getting ores we desperately need to make pok'e balls and other things so we can also spend more time catching, leveling and battling PS: Adding a poll just to see how the community thinks on this matter.
AE2 doesn't exist for 1.10.2. This server is meant as plain pixelmon there are no thoughts about adding any mods. But there might be an additional server later on, not set in stone and probably months away.
AE2 is actually an abandoned project as well so will likely never be 1.10, except for unofficial forks.
I think any RF generation would be a bad fit for pixelmon. However Storage Drawers would be a good fit and more decorative mods. Decocraft, chisel and if ever available Carpenter Blocks.
The thing is, if we add mods then we essentially close off the server from anyone trying to play using the normal pixelmon launcher.
I like the idea of a few mods would be nice both them and maybe storage drawers for early on storage[DOUBLEPOST=1475004398][/DOUBLEPOST]logistic pipes would also be nice instead of ae2[DOUBLEPOST=1475004493][/DOUBLEPOST] there is a mod that's similar to ae2 for 1.10[DOUBLEPOST=1475004493][/DOUBLEPOST] there is a mod that's similar to ae2 for 1.10
when then a extra server with tic for mining but no autocrafting by pixelmon since pixelmon should stay pixelmon and how do you plan on autocrafting aluminium plates with ae2 since you need to hammer them
A farmworld could be done server side only, so would not impact client. However unless there is a client mod set that make the server REALLY standout as better, its best to stay with the standard mod pack. Just us being Beta 7 were most other are Beta 9 is reducing the potential user pool.
