    i am able to get in through techniclauncher however when ever ijoin the nero english server my game crashes its fine in the lobby server tho

    could you please provide us with the crash-report in that case. This is changing it a bit and we do need the crash-report (which you can find by following the tutorial linked behind crash-report) and upload that to pastebin. Make a new paste and provide us with the new link so that we can look in the crash.

    Maybe lower RAM or close other tasks opened (programs)?
