Suggest to me some "Fair" and "Balanced" games! Why you ask? Because I don't get tilted enough and I want to let others know about em too! Games I already know: Clash Royale, Pay2Win Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, 64 tick edition Hearthstone, RNGesus Overwatch, Balanced matches
League of legends the only stuff you can buy with real money is cosmetic and doesn't affect ingame play
TF2 with it's rainbow gun for pyro and two-hit-kill-on-a-heavy swords is neither fair or balanced. Also, didn't revolvers from CS:GO one-hit no mater in what part of a player did they shot? Doesn't LoL have heroes that have to be bought using real money? BTW Dota 2 is perfectly balanced, because techies cannot kill the whole enemy team with one skill use at all!
Yes but that doesn't affect in game play any since you cannot change champions in the middle of a game it doesn't directly affect gameplay in any way.
League doesn't have champions you have to buy using real money, however there is an option to do this (you can buy them for both RP and IP). Being able to buy champions a bit faster than the next guy doesn't give you any advantage at all other than having to spent more time owning the champion and how you obtained it. It's all about how you yourself apply skill or tricks and how you play the game... not so much having more or less champs than the next person. Also, you can buy anything that is not cosmetic using IP which you earn via playing (as I think it was already mentioned).
Starcraft I and broodwar. I think they are balanced and fair (and campaign too in contrast to Starcraft II).
