Done Little request

can someone reset my questbook? when i login on the server my area was resetted because i was offilne for more than 2 week

and if possible i need the reset of my inventory too, because i lost my claim shovel with the area(was in a chest)

I will tag the @Administrator's as our junior admin is currently on an absence.
They will gladly reset your questbook.

You can keep your inventory. I am sure someone will lend you a gold ingot to make a golden shovel to claim. It does not have to be called "Protection Shovel", a normal one works as well. Otherwise you can create a chest that will, when placed, claim a little area of 9x9 I think.

Well the chest only works the first time. So not sure whether it works, after the claims got autoreset.

 

if you do /abandonallclaims i think you can do it again

Chest will claim 10x10 blocks, and it will happen only the first claim you make, so having to abandon all claims lets it do that again as Runijox said
