As it was mentioned above, unfortunately it's a visual glitch that happens a lot and we're aware of it; however, cannot do anything about it as it is something that the mod creator would have to fix. Again, it's something visual and doesn't actually displace any items that it shows in strange places or makes them disappear. So, it's sort of a "have to live with it" kind of thing if you're going to continue to use the pouch.
Can take it as a good opportunity to have a laugh each time your world swirls around with strange items
