Done Watering Can Unable to be filled

Hi there! I've crafted a watering can (the iron version - Extra Utilities) and I am unable to fill it with water. According to Mr. Google I should be able to rt click a body of water and voila filled. Sadly this isn't happening. Am I doing something wrong or is this a banned item although it can be crafted? Thanks.

 

What type of water source are you clicking on? And no - its not a banned item if I recall correctly.

 

I tried the ocean first. I even tried standing under water. I then crafted a 2 x 2 infinite source and still no luck.

 

Is it possible it's filled and you didn't notice? The filled item doesn't say filled on it it just doesn't say empty any more. If you turn particals to full and hold Rclick on the ground there should be water particals.

 

I now feel like an idiot. Thank you. Is working I just couldn't see it working.
