Done Shiny ore?

I can't seemt o find any. Been mining int he deep dark at x 18 for a hour or so now. I normally find them pretty fast (sf2.5 and infinity) but i cant seem to find any rn. Any ideas or am I just extremly unlucky?

 

What you seek is on the nether my friend as the world gen for over world Shiney is disabled.

Or the bedrock dimension.

Go into NEI and mouse over shiny ore and press "R"

do you need the ore itself or shiny ingots? because you can get shiny at 10% from pulverizing ferrous ore

 

Either works im trying the ferrous ore plus cinnabar

 

not sure if you get it from cinnabar processing, you might want to check nei first

 

yeah only through redstone ore[DOUBLEPOST=1480655458][/DOUBLEPOST]Other ways of course but redstone is the easiest

Ferrous ore & Cinnabar easy as pie, silk touch the redstone and ferrous of course in large amounts.
