Done Name Changed without my knowledge

After a reset around 2:30 pm Est 12/3/16 , My name was changed to ' BendOverMommy ', baubles and relics from botania were deleted and it was treating me as a new player, due to this I am struggling to post a ticket and resulting in posting my conundrum here. My old name is siragnarok and I requested support from mojang, when my name is brought back hopefully in the near future will the items remain deleted?

One question remaining, as a hypothetical due to my concern being the botanian relics can only be obtained once, would it be possible to contact someone to assist me if the items do not reappear? I was discussing with a mod there is no item return policy unless it is not the fault of the play I.E mod malfunctions or my case a forceful name change

 

They wouldnt give them back but i THINK they would reset the achievement so u cn get them again

 

I have my name back but the 3 relics that vanish after a planned server reset still remain gone , is there any chance of me obtaining it again?
