I recently made a new account (old one was camm3y95) and created a party to transfer the completed quests to the new account which worked no problem. Today I decided that I didn't want to be in that party anymore, so I left which -again- worked no problem. Problem is however: all the quests I did on my new account I could turn in again, and so I could get the rewards again (twice on the same account).

When the party gets reset it will show all quests as claim able but it will give you no reward except for quests where you didn't take the reward before the reset.
My reputation (Arcanist, Mechanist, Geneticist) did increase, which opened up new quests. I'm pretty sure about that, but not 100%.
I think that is a known bug related to quest bug parties, don't ask me about the specifics. After a server reset I also had a lot of quests unclaimed, to be exact all those with the reputation rewards. I could claim them again, which gave me the reputation, but no items. Which opened up access to all kinds of parts of the questbook, that I shouldn't have access to yet, since my reputation kinda doubled or something. I know some people that had the same happening.
