i got a warning in chat that mu claim and area will be reset in 7 days, why would this happen? im online a good amount of time in a week. so my claim wont expire. it said i had to contact a staff member for claim transfer. see chat in screenshot
Most likely is, if you can get them online, do that. If not, tag a staff for a claim transfer; you seen more active anyway.
Check when he was last seen with /seen (name). If the date was longer ago than 10 days and he did not make an absence please create a ticket with /ticket create and a staff member will help you.

I tried to go to the coordinates in your screenshot and there isn't anything at that location. I will need for you to post the coordinates of the base that you want transferred to you before we can do anything. As this is a time sensitive issue we need a reply as soon as possible.

Is your area protected by his claim? Cause if so, it will still need to be transferred to you or the protection will go away.
