Implemented monsters not spawning and not able to place blocks

    me and my friend have a small monster spawner it spawned monsters in the beginning, but now it stopped and we cant place blocks in the spawner

    not other than the orb for the quest. havnt used it once[DOUBLEPOST=1406539139,1406466565][/DOUBLEPOST]its fixed now dunno what fixed it but its fixed
