I'm having the same problem that someone a few threads down was having too, but they closed it before I could get a solution. So if the Mym Launcher doesn't support scaling, then how do I disable it? Currently I am able to open the options tab when I make the launcher full screen, but the options window is so small that I am unable to change any of the settings. I have tried to go into my windows setting and change my scaling from 200% to 100%, but all that does is make everything in the launcher way smaller and more illegible. I would greatly appreciate any help, because I cannot play Sky Factory 3 until this is resolved (memory issue).
That is odd. This should work without issues, as scaling happens on the monitor and not the system when a smaller resolution is used. If you use a scaling of 200% I would recommend half the resolution so that the task bar has the same size as with scaling and max resolution.
Holy Moley. You have no idea what you've done for me by helping me with this issue. Ever since I got this computer I have had scaling issues with almost any game I play. I'll go into it and have to change the resolution around, because I can barely read the menus. I think by changing that issue with the scaling that should all be fixed. I really can't thank you enough, Slind. (PS: all I had to do to enact the scaling change was sign out and sign back in)
Happy gaming, I guess This has one disadvantage. Fonts won't look as crystal clear as they did before, because the monitor up-scales those now. So keep that in mind and that changing these settings is a matter of seconds.
